With a Mechanical Engineering degree from TN Tech ('88) and 40+ years in the industry, Steve is the architect behind our remount precision. He’s the guy who knows the bones of every vehicle in the shop.

A UT grad who joined in 2006, Chris manages the 978+ parts you see on this site. If it’s on an ambulance, he’s vetted it for quality and mission-readiness.
Scott Feldhaus
Accounts & Operations Manager
A UT Knoxville Mathematics grad, Scott ensures the "gears" of the business turn smoothly. From wreck repairs to customer accounts, he keeps the mission on track.
